houseboundserviceWellington City Libraries offer a Housebound Service for Wellingtonians. It is for people who are permanently unable to get to a library themselves.

Housebound residents are interviewed in their home to establish eligibility and a reading profile. Selections are made by Central Library staff, and delivered by volunteers every six weeks.
